From March 2021 until August of 2023, SkipRock, performing under Supreme Labor, played a pivotal role in supporting Prime Contractor, Rapid Deployment Inc. (RDI), by providing comprehensive staffing and supervision solutions for their Influx Youth Care Facility in Ft. Bliss, TX. Our team efficiently managed the recruitment, employment and oversight of youth care workers, youth care leads, and youth care senior leads. By ensuring that all personnel met the highest standards of care and compliance, we contributed significantly to the effective operation of the facility. We helped to maintain contractual line of sight compliance as well as other guidelines set forth by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for the supervision of unaccompanied immigrant minors. This project fell under NAICS Code 624110 – Child and Youth Services.

On December 25, 2022, SkipRock was awarded its first U.S. Government prime contract (W9124823D0001) for Restoration and Damage Mitigation Services at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Shortly after the award, Fort Campbell and the surrounding area experienced a severe weather event marked by extremely cold temperatures and high winds, causing significant damage to 28 buildings. In response, the government issued task orders to address the damage. SkipRock successfully completed all 28 buildings on schedule and within budget and continues with this contract to date. This project fell under NAICS Code 562910 – Remediation Services
