Jeff Truitt, President

Before taking the role as President of Skip Rock, Jeff served in the United States Air Force with Air Force Special Operations Weather Teams (SOWT) supporting Special Operations units housed at Ft Campbell, KY.

After his time in the Air Force, Jeff planted roots in Clarksville and attended Austin Peay State University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science in Environmental Geography. Before starting SkipRock, he worked as a local restaurant owner, Clarksville City employee, Chief of Staff to Montgomery County’s Mayor, and CEO of the city’s Economic Development Committee.

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Jeff is proud to make Tennessee his home and has devoted his personal and professional life to serving the community. He has held many volunteer positions with local organizations such as Vice-Chairman of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, Clarksville Academy Board Member, lifetime member of the Grey Beret Association, and two time Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.

Bill Shook, Vice President

SkipRock’s Vice President, Bill Shook, joined the company in 2021 after an impressive 17-year
career as a Division Manager and field consultant for the nation’s largest water, fire, and mold
remediation company. In that role, he led a team of seven regional managers across the
Southeastern United States, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational expertise. Bill
brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, process development, and project strategy,
making him an integral part of the SkipRock leadership team.
Bill holds multiple IICRC certifications, including WRT (Water Restoration Technician), AMRT
(Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), FSRT (Fire and
Smoke Restoration Technician), as well as Lead-Based Paint certifications. These qualifications,
combined with his extensive experience, equip Bill with the technical knowledge and strategic
insight to excel in complex remediation projects. Currently, Bill is responsible for ensuring that
SkipRock’s corporate and production assets are prepared and responsive to task orders, a role he
performs with precision and dedication.

Lori Wilson, Quality Control and Training

SkipRock’s Quality Control Manager and Senior Trainer, Lori Wilson is an IICRC Triple Master
with over 15 current certifications within the field, these certifications and qualifications include,
but are not limited to: IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Fire and Smoke Restorer, Water Restorer
(WRT), Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Design (ASD) and certified in Carpet Repair
and Reinstallation, Odor Control, Trauma and Crime Scene, Fire and Smoke Damage
Restoration, operations and maintenance and minor construction. She will be directly
responsible for ensuring SkipRock personnel are fully certified and proficient across all tasks
performed.
